Step 1:Raw materials Preparation--Limestone crushing
a.Process introduction: Limestone is the main raw material in cement production , and most factories are located near the limestone by blasting or use the loader to the mining of raw materials limestone , transported to the crusher into fragments .
b.The main raw material:limestone,clay,iron ore
Step 2:Raw material grinding --Limestone , clay , iron and other raw materials
a.Process introduction: the use of ball mill or vertical mill raw material is ground to a powder, and then by conveyor transport to preblending yard for storage and further material mixed

Step 3:Calcining clinker--raw material powder after homogenization
a.Process introduction: The homogenized material enters the preheating decomposition system, decomposition rate of 95%, into the rotary kiln, clinker.
b.List of equipment and processes:Preheater,Decomposition furnace, Rotary kiln,Ball mill, Cooler, Clinker conveyor belt, Belt conveyor ,Dust collecting equipment etc.
Step 4:Cement Plant grinding--Clinker , gypsum,mix materials and so on
a.Process introduction: Clinker , gypsum, mixed materials in a ball mill , cement grinding into a qualified drug cement. The use of the powder selecting machine can conveniently adjust cement drug, to achieve energy saving producti

Step5:Cement storage,packaging--Finished cement belt/bulk delivery
a. Process introduction: The use of packaging machines and automatic loading machine can achieve the shipment of bagged cement factory, use bulk cement equipment can realize bulk cement canning factory
b.Equipment:Conveying equipment, Dust collecting equipment,Belt conveyor,Elevator Air chute,Spiral screwetc.
Production Process Introduction
Mined limestone is transported by conveyors to the crusher for crushing. Crushed limestone is ground by ball mill or vertical mill into powder, and then transported by conveyor to the raw material silo for storage and further mixing. After homogenization, raw material goes into the preheating system for decomposition. The decomposition rate is about 95%. After calcined in the rotary kiln, raw material becomes clinker. Clinker, gypsum, and other mixed materials are ground in ball mill into cement of qualified fineness. Powder separator is used to adjust fineness of cement to achieve energy-saving production. Packaging machine and automatic loading machine are used to pack and deliver bags of cement.
